Each and every client is different, with their own unique body systems and areas of concern.  I am extensively trained and/or experienced in deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, foot reflexology, hot stones, Japanese foot massage, advanced foot work, advanced deep tissue techniques, face lift massage, bamboo massage, Gau sha and some others. 

My focus the last 7 years has been on Energy work which is learning how your body, your intuition and your awareness works.  Every person receives information in a different way.

I don't typically do just deep tissue or just Swedish, etc.  My experience is that a highly effective session will contain a mix of whatever techniques are required by the body in the moment to accomplish the goals of my client.
